Decent Goodfellow Architects - Artists Studio Model

An artist studio for an oil painter in Esher, Surrey.  The building sits at the bottom of a garden amongst trees and fences.

A clerestory window cuts diagonally across the building to maximise north facing natural light over the double height painting area.  The patinated copper roof pitches away from the central structure to minimise the impact on neighbouring properties.  Externally, the building is well integrated amongst the back-land site of garden sheds and garages.
