DGA successfully won planning permission with listed building consent for the refurbishment of a flat on Kensington Garden’s Square, Notting Hill.

Previous conversions subdivided the main living room, obstructing the view.  Removing the walls reinstated the former grandeur of the room providing a full width living space with an unhindered aspect over Kensington Garden’s Square.  The intervention involved a minimal palate of neutral tones and simple joinery elements.
